Terms
and conditions.
- All
parts orders that have been correctly supplied and are subsequently
cancelled by the customer after they have been dispatched
will be subject to a 15% minimum handling charge. (Damaged
or faulty goods will be credited at the discretion of DIY
Car Service Kits Ltd)
- Any
shortfall or damage to goods must be notified as soon as
is reasonably possible following receipt of the goods.
- All
parts being returned for credit must be returned within
14 days from date of dispatch to the customer and returned
in a re-saleable condition, return postage must be met by
the customer. Returned items will not be credited if they
appear to have been fitted ie if sealant or grease has been
applied. (except in cases of genuine fault in materials
or manufacture)

If the customer fails to take delivery of the goods or any
part thereof at the time agreed for delivery then the seller
shall be entitled to cancel or suspend such delivery and
to charge the customer with loss suffered.
- All parts must be checked upon receipt, prior to the removal of any existing parts to ensure the correct part has been supplied.
